How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also track your shipment status directly on our website using your order ID.
What are the available payment methods?
We accept a wide range of payment options including Credit/Debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular digital wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. Express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery in select cities.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy for most products. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact to be eligible for a refund.
Are there any shipping charges?
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above a certain value. For orders below that threshold or for COD orders, a nominal shipping fee may apply.
How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order directly from the 'My Orders' section before it has been processed for shipping. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
