Return Process

  Log into your Zop account, navigate to the 'My Orders' section, and select the item you wish to return or exchange to start the process.

  Quality Check

  Ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and has all tags intact to qualify for a successful return verification.

  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our logistics partner will be assigned to collect the package from your doorstep within 48-72 hours.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
